We were early (around 10am) and were able to check in as a room was available. So flexible ! The room was spacious and clean, although carpet looks a bit old (just keep your slippers on), the bathroom was bright, big and clean; there was a separate shower and bathtub. The location was very good, just a skip and a hop from the subway station and many eateries around. We could walk all the way to a big mall via the subway so that was very convenient and allowed us to avoid the sun. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was not included on Booking reservations.... Very nice room and convenient location, subway station nearby+restaurant+nice pedestrian area.

I had a twin room to myself for a very reasonable price. Spacious room with large bathroom including bathtub. Nice view to the west from window. All toiletries provided. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, etc. Very convenient location, next to subway station as well as 西塘街.

Perfect location: subway station just around the corner; 5 minutes walk to the magnificient old town; Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby!

The location is near to most attractions. Mostly within walking dist.

The bathroom is large with a bathtub. The room is also clean. The hotel is near to the walking street.

Good location right next to the metro station. The staff doesn't speak English. Clean, although its glory days are over.
